Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TrackMeal ("TrackMeal", "we", "us") about the use of the TrackMeal app and the website trackmeal.app (the "Services"). By using the Services you accept these Terms.
1. The Services
TrackMeal is a nutrition tracker. It estimates calories and macros from photos, descriptions, ingredient lists and barcodes with the help of artificial intelligence, and helps you keep a food diary. We may change, add or remove features.
2. Not medical advice
TrackMeal is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Its numbers are estimates and may differ from the real values. The app is not designed for people with eating disorders, diabetes, allergies, pregnancy or other conditions that require a special diet. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet if you have any health concerns.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
4. Subscriptions
- AI features and the barcode scanner require a paid subscription. The plans and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- A subscription allows a fair number of AI requests per day; the current limit is shown in Settings.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and texts you send. You allow us to process them only to provide the Services, as described in the Privacy Policy. Product label information you photograph may be added to our product base for all users.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Services for anything unlawful, do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer them, and do not send content that is offensive or not yours to send.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, mascot, texts and code belong to TrackMeal. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, TrackMeal is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the new version applies from its publication on this page. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Tbilisi, unless the law of your country gives you other mandatory rights.
